Description

REMILOC-1006 is a robust, two-component epoxy adhesive system developed for heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional structural integrity and long-term durability. It’s the ideal choice for bonding various substrates of any dimension where high-level mechanical and ageing properties are essential.

Handling and Application

Ventilation: Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Contamination Warning: Moisture entry during storage or application initiates foaming and results in improper bonding.
Ignition Sources: Shut off all sources of ignition; no flares, smoking, or flames in the area.
Incompatible Materials: Avoid contact with oxidizing substances or alkali materials, as these may cause fire.
PPE Required: Always wear a chemical cartridge respirator, safety glasses, chemical-resistant gloves, and impervious clothing.
Disposal: Do not throw waste into drainage or rivers. Consign to a licensed special trader or burn in a chemical incinerator equipped with an afterburner and scrubber.

Storage Conditions

Conditions: Keep containers tightly closed.
Temperature: Store the material in its original container at or below 30°C in a dry atmosphere to prevent moisture absorption.
