a. The Products sold on this Site, including adhesives, antifouling chemicals, and resins, are highly specialised materials. They require specific handling, application, and safety procedures. b. The User assumes all risk and liability associated with the application, storage, and disposal of the Products. c. The User must strictly adhere to all Manufacturer Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) provided by the original manufacturer of the Product. d. The Company is not liable for any damage to property, injury, or death resulting from the improper use, storage, or application of the Products.
6. Payments
Visa or Master Card debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card’s currency.
7. Restricted Countries
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.8. Age Restrictions

Product packaging must be unopened. Product must be unused and unopened. Damaged, wrong, or defective products will be replaced or refunded. Returned products must be shipped using a registered courier service. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products show signs of use or tampering.
15. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear, depending on your card-issuing bank.16. Links to Other Websites
